International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability or warehouse locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
